Recent sculpture made from driftwood, scrapwood, spray paint and brass.

These are sculptures I started making in the summer of 2020, starting with a big sun and wave I cut from plywood, painted, sanded and mounted in a piece of driftwood. Then I made a seagull sculpture - inspired by artists like Ed Emberley and Charlie Harper.

Since then I have also made other shorebirds like egrets, osprey, piping plovers and sandpipers, a cormorant, a great blue heron, an oystercatcher and a lot more island and wave combinations.
